Spectacle: "My Fryderyk..."

"My Fryderyk..." (pl. "Fryderyku mój...”) - words and music spectacle with Joanna Rawik as the guest artist interpreting George Sand.

Thrilling spectacle in which George Sand describes her passion and love to Fryderyk Chopin illustrated with numerous piano and singing performances by outstanding artists from the Lakme Group.
Script and directing by Grzegorz Bayer.

Songs, among others: The Wish, Ring, Out Of My Sight, Dumka

Joanna Rawik (actress)
The winner of the Festival of Songs in Opole and Kołobrzeg. She has represented Poland three times at the International Festivals in Sopot. She performs on the stage of Paris Olympia and in the international radio concerts Musique aux Champs Elysees, in every country of Europe, in Australia and the USA. In November 2009, she received the Polish distinction: Gold Cross Gloria Artis – for Merits to Culture.

Bartłomiej Zajkowski (piano)
Pianist and composer – winner of the 1st prize in the Polish National Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition for Artistic Grants in Warsaw; participant in the 53rd International Chopin Festival in Duszniki-Zdrój and in Żelazowa Wola (at the 149th anniversary of Fryderyk Chopin death).

Magdalena Kunce (soprano)
The artist performs numerous concerts. She is the winner of the Concorso Internazionale di Canto Lirico, da Kamera e Barocco Opera Rinata in Italy - 3rd prize in the category "Artistic Song" and "Baroque", special prize for the best voice from abroad, finalist in the category "Coloratura Soprano".

Michał Bogdanowicz (baritone)
Soloist in the Piotr Rubik band. He performs concerts in Poland and North America. He recorded CDs with Christmas Carols arranged by Piotr Rubik. He participated in the premiere cantobiography of Pope John Paul II SANTO SUBITO with Piotr Rubik's music and lyrics by Jacek Cygan – registered by the Polsat TV. He participated in the programme "Przebojowa Noc" presented in Programme 1 of the Polish State Television (TVP1).

Grzegorz Bayer – artist of rich artistic intuition, baritone, soloist of the Teatr Wielki Opera Narodowa, Artistic Director of the Lakme Group.

The Lakme Group is active since 2002. It was set up on the initiative of young talented musicians fascinated with the art of singing especially opera songs. Members of the Lakme Group are soloists in the Warsaw Chamber Opera (pl. Warszawska Opera Kameralna) and the Buffo Theatre (pl. Teatr Buffo). They have participated in numerous prestigious musical events and achieved international success. The popularity of the Lakme Group spectacles increases, its activity gains widespread support and recognition among the stars of the opera stage.
